Allow me to introduce myselfI'm Sierra aka The Cookie Lady! Prior to moving here in July 2022, I ran a commercial vegan bakery called The Sweet Earth Company. I made cakes, shipped across the US and even ran my own community markets. But of course military has a way of forcing a pivot.After a not so delicate nudge to start baking here (thanks Elena) I picked up my whisk and in doing so I found a deep passion for baking cookies! I love coming up with off the wall flavors, late night bakes, and the warm fuzzies I get serving the community my heart & soul in cookie form.

When are you open?
We’re open Friday through Sunday, with rotating weekly hours. Check our homepage or Instagram @cookiebar_spang for the latest schedule.
Do you have allergy-friendly options?
We do! We keep one vegan and one gluten-free cookie on the menu each week (sometimes it's the same cookie!) and most options are nut free and noted as such. Keep an eye out for our weekly menu to see what’s featured.
Do you do events or catering?
We’re open to small local events and pop-ups depending on availability. If you’re interested in booking The Cookie Bar, reach out via our contact page and we’ll chat!
Can I pre-order cookies?
Yes, and we highly recommend it—especially for our more popular flavors. Pre-orders are open until Thursday each week. Pickups are available during kiosk hours.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed the same day, but they stay soft and delish for up to 3–4 days in an airtight container. You can also freeze them and reheat in the microwave or oven.
Can I order custom flavors or large batches?
For now, we're focusing on weekly menus and small-batch drops. But we do offer seasonal bulk boxes and event sets from time to time—follow us on Instagram for updates or contact us to inquire.
